Bertrand Moullier

Bertrand Moullier is the former director general of the International Federation of Film Producers Association (2002-2005), where he primarily focused on World Intellectual Property Organisation affairs and launching reform of FIAPF’s regulations for international film festivals.
    He earned a master’s degree in history and politics at the University of Paris IV – La Sorbonne, and holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Geneva University. Moullier began his career in French television’s TFI moving on to the UK’s Channel 4 network in 1985, before joining the private commercial TV sector. He now advises companies, governments and nongovernmental organisations regarding competition strategies in the film and television industries.
